Maintenance Assistant

Maintenance Assistant assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community’s physical plant and grounds to create a safe, attractive and enjoyable living environment for residents, staff and the public.

Requirements

• Physical Abilities: Stamina, strength and endurance to provide maintenance services.
• Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.
• Teamwork: The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.
