American Senior Communities is seeking a Maintenance Director to provide care and compassion to residents, maintain facility grounds, and ensure a safe and enjoyable living environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate C.A.R.E. values and have prior maintenance experience.
Requirements
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior maintenance experience preferred.
