Job Description
Nurse Supervisor - LPN/RN responsible for the nursing care of all residents on the assigned unit, supervising licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in the delivery of care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
