PRN Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity at Trailpoint Village for South Bend, Mishawaka, and Elkhart. Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide quality patient care.
Requirements
- Implement skilled speech-language services
- Evaluate patients and provide quality patient care
- Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans
- Develop discharge plans
- Contribute to case management
- Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and center staff
- Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning speech therapy services
