Practitioner Education Representative I (Remote, $15/hour)

ASH is seeking a Practitioner Education Representative to join the Provider Relations department. The role involves making outbound calls to contracted practitioners, performing directory validation, secret shopper surveys, and educating practitioners on contractual obligations while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED certificate
• 2 years of progressive experience performing customer service duties
• Proficient in MS Office with experience in word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
