On-Site Support Staff Lead / Program Manager

Seeking a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success to join our team as On-Site Support Staff Lead / Program Manager supporting the Office of Naval Research (ONR).

Requirements

• Current SECRET level clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance prior to contract award.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with at least ten (10) years of management experience providing business and financial support to organizations with Science & Technology (S&T) and/or Research & Development (R&D) missions.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn the ONR organizational structure and understand the functions of the components within the Naval Research Enterprise (NRE),
• Demonstrated recent experience leading an on-site contractor team of ten (10) or more personnel,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining effective coordination with Government personnel and contractor team members.
