- Program management of health and welfare programs
- Overseeing disability processes and administration
- Processing 401(k) funding and reports
- Facilitating 401(k) enrollments and deferral changes
- Processing wellness and education reimbursements
- Overseeing benefit plan enrollments and employee inquiries
- Working with plan vendors to resolve administration problems
- Partnering with Senior Benefits Analysts and IT team on system upgrades
