Structural Engineer

The Structural Engineering team is responsible for ensuring the structural integrity of communication towers and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The successful candidate will perform structural analyses, review tower structures, and prepare reports detailing designs and recommendations.

Requirements

• Review requests for engineering services and ensure all work adheres to quality control procedures
• Perform structural analyses of low-to-intermediate complexity
• Prepare formal, written reports detailing designs and recommendations
• Maintain accurate system data for sales and customer service reporting
• Develop and maintain standards, guidelines, manuals, processes, systems, and procedures
• Manage external tower vendors
• Develop internal tools to answer Engineering specific needs
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members
