As a highly visible Patient Services Representative, you'll greet patients, gather information, and prepare medical records for surgery. Your initiative and organizational skills will keep the office running at top performance, and your enthusiasm and compassion will provide an exceptional patient experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Detailed oriented, reliable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior hospital or ophthalmology experience preferred
