Electrical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Specialist to maximize asset life cycle performance and increase asset and system reliability related to water treatment and distribution, and waste water treatment and collection.

Requirements

• Perform condition monitoring of critical assets and diagnostic analysis of complex data
• Provide guidance and support for Root Cause Failure Analysis and restoration of critical assets
• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned local personnel and contract personnel
• Plan, schedule and perform work activities independently
• Provide emergency support to company facilities in the event of a major equipment failure or natural catastrophes
• Utilize technical knowledge and skills to provide support for diagnostics and maintaining of critical assets
• Identifies, assesses and classifies hazards, and jointly develops protective measures and practices
• Prepare, review, maintain and update asset records and drawings
• Assist with the implementation of assigned local maintenance programs equipment and or systems
• Provide training to company employees on water and wastewater employee safety
• Provide local operations with asset and/or process health ratings
• Participate in the support of Regulated and Non-Regulated Business Development functions
• Effectively communicate by regularly soliciting and providing constructive feedback
• Cascade and share specialized knowledge relevant to other team members and colleagues
• Work collaboratively with other functional leads to mitigate business risks
• Prepare, maintain, review and update technical reports
