Job Description
Senior Financial Analyst position at American Water. Support corporate financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes. Collaborate with operational and financial business partners. Participate in budgeting and reforecasting processes.
Requirements
- Strong financial analysis and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to recommend and implement process improvements
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on communication and knowledge sharing
- Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- SAP and Oracle Planning experience preferred
