American Water is seeking a Superintendent, Treatment to supervise front-line personnel and implement operational processes in the Lexington, KY office location. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and understanding of wastewater operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in operational discipline, management, or related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Supervise and coordinate regional construction, operations, and maintenance
• Train and develop personnel in proper operational integrity
• Obtain required permits, licenses, rights of way, etc. for compliance
• Implement effective communications at all levels of operations
• Provide effective leadership in a changing business environment
