The Accounts Receivable Team Lead will oversee daily AR activities, lead and support Accounts Receivable team members, and drive process improvements to optimize cash flow and support the organization’s financial objectives.
Requirements
- Lead and support Accounts Receivable team members
- Proactively monitor, review, and analyze AR activities
- Review aging reports and drive actions to reduce past-due balances
- Identify process gaps and help implement process improvements
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal partners
- Resolve complex or escalated customer account issues
- Track team performance and support training and development
- Support the execution of special projects and ad-hoc analysis
