Job Description
Americold is recruiting multiple Team Managers to work across various shifts at their Ormeau site. As a Team Manager, you will provide operations leadership to a team of frontline workers, develop skillsets, and support other site leaders.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven operational management experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing large teams
- Knowledge of distribution operations
- Strong people management skills
- Cross-functional leadership with multiple teams
- Experience in effective decision-making in a fast-moving business environment
