Job Description
Non-Delegated Mortgage Underwriter III responsible for underwriting conventional loans by reviewing credit, capacity, and collateral characteristics of loan files to ensure it meets company and investor quality standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of related experience in Mortgage Industry, Residential Mortgage Loan underwriting or similar field
- High school diploma required
- Advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending;
