Job Description
AmeriHome Mortgage is looking for a Senior Loan Processor to join our Consumer Direct team. The position will be responsible for submitting the loan for initial loan decision and working directly with the customer to fulfill all necessary conditions for closing.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Mortgage Processing
- Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA and VA guidelines
- Proficiency with DU and LP, FHA Connection and VA Portal
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
