Account Coordinator

AmeriLife Benefits is seeking an Account Coordinator to assist with the successful implementation and ongoing coordination of benefit plan offerings, communication, and administration services for client group accounts. The role involves working with the Account Executive Team Leader, assisting with open enrollments, and engaging with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Enter and manage case related tasks and activities in the company's CRM system
• Handle service and eligibility related issues for assigned client accounts
• Work with internal sales team to fulfill case specific proposals or RFP requests
• Assist with the setup of client group case enrollments
• Create and manage client employee benefit communication aspects
• Coordinate activities and tasks related to the annual open enrollment project plan
