Contracting Specialist

AmeriLife is seeking a Contracting Specialist to help drive the company's operational infrastructure transformation. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, able to work with various insurance carrier representatives, and possess excellent communication and time management skills.

Requirements

• Process contracts for licensed insurance professionals
• Conduct agent or marketer outreach to resolve licensing and contracting open issues
• Monitor exception reports, research solutions and address exceptions as needed
• Ensure commission and hierarchy levels match contracts for agents, agencies, and carriers
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure agency and affiliate satisfaction
• Integrate new agency and affiliate partners through onboarding intake calls, required paperwork processing, and associated processes
• Assist with direct agent onboarding
• Perform duties within required service level agreement terms and performance requirements including timeliness, productivity and quality
• Utilize established performance management systems and processes
• Solve Salesforce cases as assigned
• Actively participate in team planning and process improvement activities
• Engage Carriers and External Partners to efficiently resolve licensing issues
• Fulfill Agent Release Requests as needed
