AmeriLife is seeking a Contracting Specialist to help with the transformation of its operational infrastructure. The successful candidate will process contracts, conduct agent outreach, and ensure commission levels match contracts. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Process contracts for licensed insurance professionals
- Conduct agent or marketer outreach to resolve licensing and contracting open issues
- Monitor exception reports, research solutions and address exceptions as needed
- Ensure commission and hierarchy levels match contracts for agents, agencies, and carriers
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure agency and affiliate satisfaction
- Integrate new agency and affiliate partners through onboarding intake calls, required paperwork processing, and associated processes
- Assist with direct agent onboarding
- Perform duties within required service level agreement terms and performance requirements including timeliness, productivity and quality
- Utilize established performance management systems and processes
- Solve Salesforce cases as assigned
- Actively participate in team planning and process improvement activities
- Engage Carriers and External Partners to efficiently resolve licensing issues
- Fulfil Agent Release Requests as needed
- Other duties as assigned
