AmeriLife is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Support Specialist to join our Warminster office. In this role, you will be a key partner to our insurance agents, helping them navigate certifications, compliance requirements, carrier processes, and product support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, confident phone presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through
