Job Description
Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Processor. Full benefits package, great pay and compensation structures, opportunities for growth and advancement. Work as part of the Medbox Processor team at AmeriPharma.
Requirements
- Enter patient information and prescription details into the pharmacy's computer system.
- Accurately type new and/or refill prescriptions.
- Communicate with patients regarding prescriptions.
- Communicate with other pharmacies to obtain and follow up on transfer requests.
- Communicate with prescriber offices to obtain and follow up on new prescription requests.
- Assist in answering new patient questions via phone and text.
- Preferred Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, team player, flexible and adaptable to change, able to type at least 45 WPM.
