Job Description
Ameriprise Financial has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Actuarial Associate to join Corporate Actuarial, performing actuarial tasks with limited manager assistance or supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4 years)
- 3 or more years relevant actuarial or related experience
- All Introductory ASA exams plus 1 Actuarial/Advanced ASA Exam or Requirement
- Validation by Educational Experience (VEE) coursework completion
- Ability to work independently; self-starter
- Strong technical skill set (e.g. actuarial modeling software, Python, Excel & other Microsoft Office applications)
- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
