Investment Research Analyst - Structured Products

The Investment Research Analyst role is an intermediate-level position on the Structured Products Research team, responsible for conducting in-depth issuer, collateral, cash flow, and sector research across assigned structured product sectors. The role is well-suited for a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and a willingness to embrace a research-intensive environment focused on delivering superior investment outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field with a strong academic record
• 2-5 years of experience in structured products, securitized credit, fixed income research, trading, or risk
• Experience with common technical systems, including Intex and Bloomberg
• Acute attention to detail, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and a proven ability to distill practical answers from large amounts of data
• Self-starter with an ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet time-sensitive deadlines, often with vague or unclear directions
• Passion for investments and financial markets with an explicit interest in fixed income and structured products
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience collaborating effectively across teams and with clients
• Programming experience in any language
