We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead to help a team build tools for engineers, drive digital transformation, and create product roadmaps. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Core Salesforce CRM, subject matter expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud data and journeys.
Requirements
- Overall 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Core Salesforce CRM.
- Subject Matter Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
- Hands-on experience as a full-stack developer for Salesforce Marketing Cloud creating personalized, dynamic messages, landing pages, SQL, and is experienced with data configuration, manipulations and advance segmentation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud data and journeys, including advanced SQL and data objects for segmentation and troubleshooting, a clear understanding of the platform dependencies that enable personalization and reporting
- Proven expertise designing and executing customer journeys using Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and CloudPages.
- Should have experience in Sales or Service cloud, with experience in Salesforce Admin capabilities like Data Model, Security model, lightning pages, flows etc.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM integrations, including designing and supporting MQL‐to‐SQL lead journeys, working with Leads, Contacts, Campaigns, and Campaign Members in Salesforce, and ensuring seamless data flow and alignment between marketing automation and sales processes.
- Ability to evaluate implementations and provide optimizations and improvements if applicable.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience creating technical documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and user guides.
