Job Description
The Senior Manager - Onboarding & Engagement will lead the onboarding and implementation of internal Ameriprise Personal Wealth Group acquisitions, managing relationships between acquisition and corporate partners, and customizing implementation plans. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class experience for program leaders, clients, advisors, and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5-10 years relevant experience
- FINRA Series 7, 63/66, 65/66 (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
