Job Description
A Sr Mgr-Business Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to the business by translating complex data into actionable insights that inform decision-making. This role leads analytics efforts across key initiatives, builds and maintains reporting solutions, and ensures data accuracy while supporting evolving business priorities.
Requirements
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
- Manage, manipulate, and validate large and complex datasets
- Work closely with business partners to define problems, clarify requirements, and recommend data-driven solutions
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Serve as the analytics lead on projects, guiding discussions and influencing business decisions
