Vendor Risk Specialist

Ameriprise India LLP is seeking a Vendor Risk Specialist to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The successful candidate will be part of the vendor due diligence process and will be responsible for scheduling vendor risk assessment meetings, managing risk related documentation, and providing support to the business and sourcing team.

Requirements

• Hold and manage calls with Security Teams, lines of business, and other stakeholders related to 3rd party vendor security audits.
• Publish meeting notes and requirements to business after VRA calls.
• Respond to VRA Mailbox queries.
• Support the delivery and documentation of Security reviews and ensure they are in line with Ameriprise's Vendor Risk policies and procedures.
• Extract various reports from various tools (example: Archer/Ariba).
• Provide additional support to business/risk teams/procurement on tool related queries and/or VRA assistance.
