Requirements

• 1+ years of recent mortgage loan origination experience
• Active NMLS license
• Minimum 1-5 active state licenses
• Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines and ability to accurately structure and price loans.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
