Mortgage Lock Desk Analyst

AmeriSave Mortgage is seeking a Lock Desk Analyst to join their team. The role involves working remotely and managing the Lock Desk queue, enforcing rate lock policy, and providing support to loan origination units.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Pricing/Lock Desk Support experience
• 3+ years of general Mortgage experience
• Working Knowledge of secondary mortgage market framework (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA/VA mortgage programs)
• Strong critical thinking and math skills
• Microsoft Office applications experience required
• SQL knowledge is a plus
• Detail oriented with ability to work in fast-paced environment
