Requirements
- Management of assigned projects and/or cases
- Adherence to company processes
- Telephone support
- Implementation of call-centre programs
- Administer and adhere to case-management protocols
- Implementation of pharmaceutical and biotechnology related market research initiatives
- Documenting activity in program specific database
- Participation in ongoing refresher training and specialized training courses
- Providing feedback regarding current protocols, database, processes, and inter-departmental relationships
- Clear communication to manager, pod, and program trained colleagues
- Responsible to report all Adverse Events to assigned units/departments
