Job Description
Cencora is seeking a Director of Distribution Operations to provide direct oversight, coaching, and business direction to Distribution Center leadership teams and compliance and inventory management teams. The role is responsible for ensuring continual and proper compliance with all division, corporate and regulatory requirements and driving daily performance accountability across all areas.
Requirements
- Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences
- Minimum of two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Effective coach / teacher of operational practices and team leadership
- Good analytical and mathematical skills
- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills, with ability to create positive work environment
