Job Description
Project Engineer - Warehouse Automation role at Cencora. Responsibilities include facility engineering project support, design, build, and improvement of Cencora’s distribution facilities and processes. Works closely with project managers and directors to develop and implement material handling systems, operational processes, and new facilities or building renovations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Experience in engineering, logistics, supply chain, or a similar field
- 3+ years of directly related experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of engineering tasks in projects related to warehouse operations, warehouse design, and process improvement
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with engineering tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
