Senior Director - Market Integration

The Senior Director - Market Integration is responsible for leading IT strategies and operations to support seamless merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities in North America.

Requirements

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the Market Integration team's objectives
• Oversee the engineering, deployment, and operation of critical IT infrastructure systems
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure accountability for all infrastructure-related activities during MA&D
• Ensure operational continuity by proactively identifying and mitigating risks to IT infrastructure during transitions
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain data center resilience, operational reliability, and business continuity throughout transitions
• Manage vendor relationships and service delivery to support infrastructure integration and operational continuity
• Develop and manage IT budgets for MA&D activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions and alignment with financial goals
