Requirements
- Package preparation
- Temperature recorder handling
- Communicating with other departments to ensure shipment deadlines are met
- Load and unload vehicles
- Verify deliveries upon receipt
- Keep records of temperature in cold storage rooms
- Manage cold storage materials and supplies
- Prepare packaging for collections
- Ensure that the warehouse remains clean and tidy
- Separate each not approved wooden pallet
- Replenish shipments with gel packs or dry ice
- Cleaning and record keeping of multiple use packaging material
- Report any shipments that arrive into the warehouse that may have been damaged in transit
- Ensure the premises are secure
