Underwriting Quality Specialist (Commercial P&C)

Amerisure is recruiting for an Underwriting Quality Specialist to join their team. The role will assess the quality, consistency, and compliance of Amerisure’s underwriting activities and conduct detailed underwriting file audits. The position will play a critical role in improving underwriting discipline, risk selection, regulatory compliance, and overall portfolio performance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of Commercial Lines P&C underwriting or underwriting quality/audit experience
• Experience partnering with underwriting leadership on remediation or process improvement initiatives
• Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, AINS, or similar are a plus
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty underwriting principles, coverages, and risk evaluation
