Ameritech Contracting is seeking a highly organized and proactive Finance Assistant to support the finance team and Chief Financial Officer.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of administrative or finance support experience
- Experience with expense reporting systems (Sage Expense preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- Persistent and professional follow-up skills with internal team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
