Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify new business opportunities
- Experience with cold-calling and lead generation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with outsourcing/offshoring industry preferred
