Licensed Veterinary Technician

Elko Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join their team. The clinic offers a busy, full-service mixed animal practice with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Requirements

• Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in Nevada, or eligible to transfer/acquire state license within 3 months of hire
• 2+ years of veterinary clinical experience, as a veterinary technician or assistant preferred
• Degree from an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology program preferred but not required
• Knowledge of industry tools and equipment
• Passion for working with large and small animals, birds, exotics, and their owners
• Ability to perform nursing care in a hospital or ranch setting
• Solid understanding of animal behavior and healthcare
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
