
Job description
The Document Controls Specialist is responsible for managing a large volume of incoming and outgoing construction documents at the project site to ensure operations run safely, smoothly, and effectively. This role is part of a team that builds critical infrastructure, including highways, bridges, mines, dams, rail, and more. Manage numbering and filing systems for project documents, maintain detailed logs of incoming and outgoing documents, facilitate timely internal and external document reviews, and prepare and distribute agendas and meeting minutes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in office work, documentation, and control, excellent communication skills, and a strong client service attitude. They will be able to work under tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain a safe work environment.
