Senior Data Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our young and enthusiastic team at Amesto. As a key person in the team, you will develop and manage modern data platforms and solutions that enable our customers to make better, data-driven decisions. You will have the opportunity to work with complex projects for customers in many different industries and contribute to developing and standardizing our methods, tools, and best practices within data engineering.

Requirements

• Higher education in a relevant field (analysis, IT, economics)
• At least 3 years of experience as a data engineer, either as a consultant or in other roles
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and data warehouse architectures
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python
• Good knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik
• Skilled in advising and relationship-building, with the ability to understand and solve customers’ challenges
• Interest in how artificial intelligence can optimize development work
• Good Norwegian language skills, both written and spoken
