Job Description
The clinical occupational psychologist intervenes in the field of professional sphere to preserve the mental health of employees and improve their working conditions. They accompany individually or collectively, conduct diagnoses, advise on the organizational aspect and prevention of occupational risks.
Requirements
- Provides counseling, accompaniment, diagnostic, and awareness missions
- Welcomes employees referred by the Workplace Doctor, advises them, and orients them towards the relevant interlocutors
- Evaluates situations of mental suffering and work experience, conflict situations through individual and/or collective interviews
- Collaborates with various necessary partners to facilitate the adaptation and maintenance of the employee in their professional environment
