Recycling Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious individual to join our team at our facility as a Recycling Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading an industrial shredder and grinder used to recycle plastic lumps and strands into reusable materials.

Requirements

• Operate and monitor shredder/grinder machinery to process plastic materials.
• Perform routine basic inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Sort, load, and feed plastic lumps and strands into machinery according to established procedures.
• Monitor product output for quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Work well with other team members to meet production and recycling goals.
• Complete production logs and all other paperwork as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned
