CNC Machinist / Programmer

The CNC Machine Programmer / Operator is responsible for planning, programming, setting up, and operating advanced CNC and manual milling and turning equipment to manufacture low‐volume, high‐complexity aerospace hardware.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands‐on machining experience on multi‐axis CNC milling equipment
• Demonstrated CNC programming experience using Mastercam or equivalent CAM software
• Strong working knowledge of FANUC controls (31i or similar)
• Proficiency with CAD software; SolidWorks preferred
• Solid understanding of machining principles, tooling, fixturing, feeds and speeds, and GD&T
• Ability to independently troubleshoot machining, tooling, and process issues
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, production, and quality teams
