Job Description
The CNC Operator III Lead is responsible for the setup and operation of CNC Machines in a safe and orderly manner while maximizing production output, serving as a group lead for CNC machinists, and performing tasks such as troubleshooting, programming, and maintenance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6-8 years' related experience
- Advanced manufacturing/machining training and/or advanced certification preferred
- CNC programming experience required
- Good manual dexterity and visual acuity
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
