Job Description
The Contracts Manager will serve as the primary point of accountability for the EMIP Division, focusing on contract and legal resource management. This role involves reviewing, negotiating, and drafting commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assessing risk. Collaboration with AMETEK's legal department is also required.
Requirements
- Paralegal certificate from ABA approved program or an attorney license
- 5+ years of experience drafting, editing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Medical and/or Aerospace and Defense industry experience
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) a plus
- Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) desirable
