Customer Service Representative

The Customer Advocate Representative responds to customer requests, resolves high-level complaints, and assists with model selection and technical troubleshooting. Completes quotes and communicates with customers, representatives, and partners to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Associate degree preferred
• Ability to read and write English
• Good basic math skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with international business correspondence required
• English-Spanish bilingual
