Customer Service Specialist

Guided by precedent and working within the limits of established policies, the Customer Service Specialist will provide technical support to customers and ensure customer satisfaction with quality of service provided.

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in technical or engineering background
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in customer service and/or call center
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• English language skills
• Asian language skills in Korean, Japanese, Thai, or Vietnamese (advantageous)
