We are seeking a globally minded and strategically driven Director of Global Strategic Sourcing to lead our sourcing and supplier strategy. This leader will focus on strategic commodity purchasing, supplier quality, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliable, cost-effective, and innovative supply chains.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in global supply chain within a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of experience directly leading teams
• Fluency in English required
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills required
