Director, Global Supply Chain

The Director, Global Supply Chain leads supply chain strategy across the entire business unit globally, driving operational efficiency and cost savings. The role is responsible for leveraging buying power, optimizing vendor relationships, and implementing competitive sourcing strategies to reduce overall spend and improve lead times.

Requirements

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related
• Master's or Advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years with progressive supply chain management roles including people leadership
• Ability to effectively lead with little supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop, motivate, and influence people
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and spend analysis tools
• Ability to assess situations and solve problems in a timely manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
