Electro-Mechanical Technician

Requirements

• Read work orders and follows production drawings
• Position and align parts in specified relationship to each other in fixtures or other holding devices
• Crimp, stake, screw, bolt, rivet, solder, cement, press fit, or perform other operations to join or secure parts in place
• Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases/cabinets and attaches hardware
• Perform intermediate assembly tasks
• Perform testing and inspection and other testing procedures
• Compare results with specifications and record test data
• Analyzes test results on defective units to determine the cause of failure
